SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped, Including tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGE PACKAGES

Girlfriends are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.

When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. If your package is lost, stolen or mis delivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.
